Preparation: En rôtisserie: Rouler la viande dans l'Aide à Rôtir KNORR 1-2-3, puis en éliminer l'excédent. Cuire 30 minutes à puissance maximale, puis 30 minutes à puissance moyenne. Cuisson au four: Verser la quantité nécessaire d'Aide à Rôtir KNORR 1-2-3 dans un bac gastronome et enrober la viande. Mettre au four préchauffé à 180°C. Lorsque les pièces de viande sont cuites et dorées, retirer du four.
