Preparation: Versez 1 volume de riz dans 5 volumes d'eau bouillante salée. Laissez cuire 10 à 12 minutes à couvert et à feu moyen. Enfin, égouttez et dégustez.- Faites revenir 1 volume de riz dans 1 cuillerée d'huile ou de beurre jusqu'à ce que les grains soient translucides. Ajoutez 1,5 volume d'eau bouillante salée.
