Preparation: Préparation : Sa taille est idéale pour vos pièces montées. Sa coque épaisse favorisera leur maintien. Attention aux crèmes trop riches en eau qui favorisent leur liquéfaction et le ramollissement du chou. Garnir de crème pâtissière froide et glacer de caramel (cuisson 150°C à 152°C) ou garnir de crème mousseline (50% crème au beurre et 50% crème pâtissière) qui permettra de moins ramollir le chou.

Conservation conditions: Conservation : À consommer de préférence avant le / N° de lot : voir sur le côté du carton. Avant ouverture : À conserver dans un endroit sec et à température ambiante (15-25°C), sans odeur et à l'abri de la lumière.
