Preparation: Prévoir 3 litres de lait demi-écrémé et 3 litres de crème liquide à 15%MG. Mélangez le lait et la crème liquide. Faites tiédir puis versez en pluie le contenu du sachet. Portez à ébullition en remuant sans arrêt avec un fouet. Versez dans des ramequins et laissez refroidir au frais. Au moment de servir, saupoudrez de cassonade et caramélisez à la salamandre. A déguster tiède ou froid.

Conservation conditions: Conserver à l'abri de l'humidité et de la chaleur. Après préparation, à conserver au réfrigérateur et à consommer dans les 24h.
