Preparation: Pour un sachet Ingrédient à ajouter : 500 ml de lait demi-écrémé. 1-Délayez le contenu d'un sachet dans une casserole contenant 500 ml de lait. 2-Faites chauffer le mélange en remuant avec un fouet à main jusqu'à ébullition. Faites légèrement épaissir la crème pâtissière 1 minute à feu doux tout en remuant pour qu'elle n'accroche pas. 3-Laissez refroidir votre crème en remuant de temps à autre pour éviter la formation d'une pellicule. 4-Placez la crème pâtissière au réfrigérateur afin qu'elle épaississe. Au moment de l'utiliser, remuez-la énergétiquement pour obtenir une crème lisse.
