Preparation: Autre - Temps de préparation : 5mn Temps de cuisson: 10mn - Versez la semoule dans un saladier. Remplissez la coupelle d'eau jusqu'au trait de dosage correspondant à 20cl. - Portez cette eau à ébullition en salant légèrement et versez-la dans le saladier contenant la semoule. Laissez gonfler 5 minutes, l'eau doit être complètement absorbée. - Ouvrez la boîte de garniture, versez le contenu dans une casserole et faites chauffer à feu doux. - Faites fondre environ 10g de beurre dans une casserole puis versez-y la semoule. Chauffer à feu doux 5mn en détachant sans cesse le grain à l'aide d'une fourchette. - Délayer le contenu du sachet d'épices dans un bol contenant une cuillerée à soupe de bouillon de la garniture, servez séparément couscous, garniture et épices.
