Preparation: A la casserole : verser la garniture de légumes et de viandes dans une casserole et réchauffer à feu doux. Dans une grande casserole, verser 1 cuillerée d'huile, y ajouter la graine de couscous, mélanger soigneusement. Dans une autre casserole, doser 20 cl d'eau et porter à ébullition. Verser l'eau bouillante sur la graine de couscous. Laisser gonfler 2 minutes, puis remettre à feu doux 3 à 4 minutes en égrenant le couscous avec une fourchette. Dans une saucière, délayer le contenu du sachet d'épices avec quelques cuillerées de bouillon de la garniture. Présenter séparément le couscous, la garniture et la sauce épicée.

Conservation conditions: Avant ouverture: à conserver à température ambiante. Après ouverture: à conserver au réfrigérateur et à consommer dans les 24 heures.
