Preparation: Conseils de préparation (sans décongélation préalable). Au micro-ondes : Mise en garde : Ne jamais utiliser la position gril de votre four à micro-ondes. 1- Grâce à sa barquette micro-ondable, placez directement le produit au four à micro-ondes. 2- Retirer le film et laissez cuire à 750 Watts pendant 11 à 12 minutes environ. Au four : Mise en garde : La température du four ne doit pas excéder 200°C. Ne jamais passer la barquette sous le gril du four. 1- Préchauffez votre four à th.6 (180°C). 2- Retirez le film de la barquette et enfournez-la à mi-hauteur. 3- Laissez cuire 45 à 50 minutes environ selon votre four. Attention : selon les marques et types de four, contrôlez bien les valeurs indiquées ci-dessus. Avant dégustation, appréciez la cuisson.
