Preparation: Se consomme chaud ou tempéré. Chaud accompagné de pommes de terre et charcuterie : ôter le film protégeant le Mont d'Or et le passer au four 30 mn à 200°C (Th 6/7). Laisser le fromage dans sa boîte en bois, l'étiquette est résistante à la chaleur d'un four domestique. Tempéré selon votre goût : de 20 à 15 jours avant la date limite de consommation : crémeux, avec un léger goût d'épicéa de 10 à 5 jours avant la date limite de consommation : pâte coulante, goût intense, épicéa très prononcé.
