Preparation: au micro-onde - Malaxez le sachet pour répartir le boulgour de façon homogène. Ouvrez le haut du sachet sur 2 à 3 cm. Placez le sachet au four à micro-ondes pendant 2 minutes (puissance maximum 800 W). Sortez le sachet du four à micro-ondes en le tenant par les extrémités pour éviter les risques de brûlures. Ouvrez complètement le sachet, égrainez avec une fourchette et servez.

Conservation conditions: A conserver à l'abri de la chaleur et de l'humidité. - Après ouverture, à conserver au réfrigérateur et à consommer dans les 48h.
