Preparation: Autre - 1 - Dans une casserole, hors du feu, versez 7 à 8 cuillerées à soupe de crème fraîche liquide. Versez par dessus 1/3 de litre d'eau bouillante. 2 - Immédiatement, versez le contenu du sachet (1) en une seule fois. Mélangez soigneusement à l'aide d'un fouet et laissez réhydrater 2 minutes (hors du feu). 3 - Sans attendre et sur feu moyen, remuez lentement le mélange avec une spatule, pendant environ 2 minutes, sans arrêt jusqu'à obtention d'un mélange homogène. 4 - Continuez à tourner le mélange hors du feu pendant 1 minute en soulevant votre aligot pour le lisser et le faire filer. Le servir aussitôt filant et onctueux. (1) A l'ouverture du sachet, à l'aide d'une fourchette, bien mélanger les ingrédients à l'intérieur avant de verser le contenu dans le liquide.

Conservation conditions: A conserver dans son emballage d'origine à l'abri de l'humidité et de la chaleur. - Après ouverture, bien refermer le sachet et le consommer dans les 24h. - Conditionné sous atmosphère protectrice.
