Preparation: Autre - Conseils de préparation Sans décongélation préalable A la poêle : déposez les nuggets de poulet dans une poêle chaude sans ajout de matière grasse. Faites réchauffer à feu moyen 5 minutes de chaque côté pour obtenir un aspect doré et croustillant. Au four : préchauffez votre four à 210°C (Th. 7). Déposez les nuggets de poulet dans un plat et faites chauffer 12 minutes. A la friteuse : plongez les nuggets de poulet dans l'huile à 180°C pendant 3 minutes. Egouttez et servez. Pour préserver le croustillant des nuggets, le four micro-ondes n'est pas recommandé.
