Preparation: Préparation sans décongélation A la casserole (carottes Vichy) : versez les carottes dans une casserole, recouvrez d'eau froide et ajoutez un peu de matière grasse. Laissez cuire 15 minutes à feu moyen, à partir du frémissement. Egouttez et assaisonnez avec du sel et du persil haché. A l'autocuiseur : versez 2 verres d'eau dans l'autocuiseur, déposez les carottes dans un panier en position haute. Fermez et laissez cuire 8 minutes à partir de la mise en rotation de la soupape. Au four à micro-ondes : versez les carottes dans un plat adapté, ajoutez un demi verre d'eau par 250 g de carottes. Couvrez et laissez cuire en position cuisson le temps indiqué. Pour 250 g : 7 minutes Pour 500 g : 10 minutes Pour 1 kg : 20 minutes * Temps indiqués pour un four ayant une puissance restituée de 900 watts A la vapeur : étalez les carottes dans un panier vapeur. Placez-les au-dessus d'une eau frémissante et laissez cuire à couvert pendant 12 minutes.

Conservation conditions: 24 heures dans un réfrigérateur. 3 jours dans le compartiment à glace d'un réfrigérateur. Plusieurs mois dans le compartiment à - 18°C d'un congélateur dans la limite de la date de durabilité minimale. ATTENTION : Ne jamais recongeler un produit décongelé !
