Preparation: à la poêle - Faire bouillir les nouilles 6 minutes, égoutter et réserver. Découper le poulet en fines lamelles. Dans une poêle, faire revenir 3 minutes le poulet. Ajouter ensuite les nouilles, la sauce Pad Thaï et casser les deux oeufs dans le mélange. Remuer le tout pendant 3 minutes. Hors du feu, ajouter les pousses de haricot mungo, les carottes, les feuilles de coriandre et le sachet de noix de cajou. Arroser le tout de jus de citron selon votre goût. Vous pouvez remplacer le poulet par du boeuf, du porc, des crevettes ou du tofu.
