Preparation: Au four : Sans décongélation préalable. Préchauffez le four à 220°C (thermostat 7) pour un four traditionnel et à 210°C (thermostat 7) pour un four à chaleur tournante. Placez les frites en une seule couche sur une plaque recouverte d'un papier cuisson. Enfournez à mi-hauteur. Faites cuire pendant 15 à 20 minutes environ, en retournant à mi-cuisson.
