Preparation: au four - Au four traditionnel (sans décongélation préalable) : Préchauffez votre four à 200°C (thermostat 6/7) pendant 10 minutes environ. Retirez la cassolette du film plastique et de sa barquette. Déposez la cassolette sur la grille du four. Enfournez à mi-hauteur et faites cuire 20 à 25 minutes. Laissez reposer quelques minutes avant de servir. La cuisson au four à micro-ondes n'est pas recommandée.
