Preparation: Préchauffez votre four à 210°C (th.7) pendant 10 minutes. Disposez vos quenelles dans un plat à gratin. Nappez-les d'une sauce de votre choix et faites-les cuire et gonfler au four pendant 30 à 35 minutes. A déguster dès la sortie du four.
