Other information: LOGO IGP Pâtes d'Alsace 7œufs frais au kilo de semoule de blé dur 250g e + Logo IGP + Cuisson 6 min 7 ŒUFS FRAIS PLEIN AIR AU KILO
Preparation: Verser les pâtes dans l'eau bouillante salée (1 litre d'eau pour 100g de pâtes). Remuez en cours de cuisson. Laissez cuire 6 minutes. Égouttez, accommodez à votre goût et servez.
Recipe idea: Nids aux champignons et à la crème Pour 2-3 personnes - Faites revenir dans du beurre 200g de champignons avec 2 échalotes hachées. - Ajoutez ensuite 2 cuillères à soupe de vinaigre balsamique, 20 cl de crème fraîche épaisse, du sel et du poivre. - Laissez cuire 3 minutes, puis versez sur les pâtes cuites et égouttées, mélangez et servez.
Conservation conditions: A consommer de préférence avant le : voir sur le côté du sachet. À conserver dans un endroit propre, sec et frais à l'abri de la lumière.
