Preparation: Conseil de préparation : Prévoyez environ 60 g de lentilles par personne ou le volume d'un verre pour 2 personnes. Le trempage des lentilles est inutile , vous pouvez néanmoins les rincer à l'eau froide avant cuisson. Cuisson : - À la casserole : 25 à 30 min dans 3 fois leur volume d'eau. - À l'autocuiseur : 7 à 10 min dans 1 fois et demi leur volume d'eau. Égouttez avant de servir.
