Preparation: Sans décongélation préalable. À consommer cuit à cœur. Au court-bouillon : Ôtez les sachets puis plongez les cœurs de Merlu blanc du Cap dans un court-bouillon froid. Portez à ébullition et laissez frémir pendant 8 minutes environ. À la poêle : Dans un mélange de beurre et d'huile, faites dorer à feu vif pendant 1 minute sur chaque face puis 4 minutes par face environ à feu moyen. Au four : Préchauffez le four à 210°C. Déposez les cœurs de merlu blanc du Cap dans un plat adapté avec ajout de matière grasse. Enfournez à mi-hauteur et faites cuire 15-20 minutes pour un four à chaleur tournante et 20-25 minutes pour un four traditionnel. Au four à micro-ondes : Ôtez les sachets puis placez les filets dans un plat adapté. Couvrez-les avec un film étirable. Laissez cuire pendant 6 minutes à 900W. Vous pouvez aussi laisser dégeler le produit au réfrigérateur et l'utilisez comme un produit frais.
