Preparation: A consommer cuit à coeur. Piquez le boudin avec la pointe d'un couteau puis : - Au four traditionnel : réchauffez 15 min à four chaud (thermostat 7 - 210°C).. - A la poêle : couvrez et faites dorer 24 min à feu moyen en le retournant régulièrement.

Conservation conditions: A consommer jusqu'au / N° de lot : voir sur la face arrière de l'emballage. A conserver entre 0°C et +4°C. Après ouverture, à conserver au réfrigérateur et à consommer dans les 24 heures.
