Preparation: Proportion : 1 verre d'eau pour 1 verre de couscous (pour 2 personnes). Versez un verre de couscous dans un plat. Versez ensuite un verre d'eau chaude salée additionnée d'un peu d'huile sur le couscous et remuez. Couvrez et laissez gonfler 5 minutes. Lorsque l'eau est complètement absorbée, ajoutez une noix de beurre. Égrainez avec une fourchette. Lorsque les grains sont bien séparés, le couscous est prêt à servir.
Conservation conditions: A conserver dans un endroit propre, sec et frais à l'abri de la lumière. Pour une dégustation optimale, à consommer de préférence avant le/ N° de lot : voir sous l'étui.
