Preparation: Sans décongélation préalable. Au four à micro-ondes : Retirez le film plastique de la barquette. Placez celle-ci au four à micro-ondes. Couvrez et faites cuire 12 à 13 minutes environ à 900W. Ne jamais utiliser la position grill du four à micro-ondes. Au four traditionnel : Préchauffez votre four à 180°C (thermostat 6). Retirez le film plastique de la barquette et placez-la sur une grille à mi-hauteur du four. Laissez cuire 45 à 50 minutes à chaleur tournante. Ne jamais passer sous le grill du four. Afin de garantir toutes les qualités gustatives de ce produit, nous vous conseillons de le cuire au four traditionnel.
