Preparation: En machine à pain : Versez dans la cuve de la machine : - 325 ml d'eau froide - 1 cuillère à café de sel (8 g), quantité que nous préconisons mais vous pouvez l'ajuster selon vos préférences gustatives - 1 cuillère à soupe d'huile (10 g) - 500 g de préparation pour pain de campagne - 1 sachet de levure boulangère Puis programmez sur "pain blanc" ou "pain Français", 750 g, cuisson foncée. A la main : Ingrédients à incorporer : - 500g de préparation pour pain de campagne - 325 ml d'eau tiède (20-25°C) - 1 cuillère à café de sel (8 g), quantité que nous préconisons mais vous pouvez l'ajuster selon vos préférences gustatives - 1 cuillère à soupe d'huile (10 g) - 2 sachets de levure boulangère - un peu de farine pour les mains et le plan de travail Préparation : 15 min Levée : 30 min – Cuisson : 35 min 1) Dans un saladier, mélangez la farine, le sel et faites un puits. 2) Ajoutez la levure puis l'eau. 3) Pétrissez avec une cuillère en bois ou au robot afin d'obtenir une pâte bien lisse.
