Preparation: En machine à pain : Versez dans la cuve de la machine : - 300 ml d'eau froide - 1 cuillère à café et demie de sel (10 g), quantité que nous préconisons mais vous pouvez l'ajuster selon vos préférences gustatives - 1 sachet de levure boulangère - 500g de préparation pour pain céréales et graines Puis programmez sur "Pain Blanc cuisson foncée". A la main : - 500 g de préparation pour pain céréales et graines - 300 ml d'eau tiède - 1 cuillère à café et demie de sel (10 g), quantité que nous préconisons mais vous pouvez l'ajuster selon vos préférences gustatives - 2 sachets de levure boulangère - un peu de farine pour les mains et le plan de travail - un peu d'huile Préparation : 15 min Levée : 1h30 – Cuisson : 35 min 1) Dans un saladier, mélangez la farine, le sel et faites un puits. 2) Ajoutez la levure puis l'eau. 3) Pétrissez avec une cuillère en bois ou au robot afin d'obtenir une pâte bien lisse. Recouvrez et laissez reposer 30 minutes à température ambiante (20°C / 25°C). 4) Sur un plan de travail fariné, façonnez la pâte pour obtenir une belle boule. 5) Déposez le pâton sur une plaque de cuisson légèrement huilée et recouvrez-la d'un saladier.
