Preparation: Avec décongélation préalable au four à micro-ondes(2 minutes en mode décongélation dans un plat adapté) : placez les moelleux décongelés dans une poêle. Faites-les cuire pendant 2 minutes à feu vif de chaque côté, puis baissez le feu et laissez cuire à feu doux pendant 3 minutes par face. Sans décongélation préalable : placez les moelleux surgelés dans une poêle. Faites-les cuire pendant 2 minutes à feu vif de chaque côté, puis baissez le feu et laissez cuire à feu doux pendant 8 minutes en les retournant toutes les 2 minutes. À CONSOMMER CUIT À CŒUR.
