Preparation: Cette sauce accompagne à merveille les gratins, les lasagnes, les crêpes fourrées et les bouchées à la reine. À la casserole : Réchauffez à feu doux 3-4 minutes en remuant de temps en temps. Au micro-ondes : Versez dans un récipient adapté. Couvrez et faites chauffer 2 minutes à puissance moyenne. Au four : Versez le contenu de la brique sur votre plat et mettez au four jusqu'à ce que votre gratin soit bien doré.
Recipe idea: Lasagnes aux légumes. Préparation : 25 min Cuisson : 15 min Pour 4 personnes : 10 plaques de lasagnes, 1 brique de sauce Béchamel, 3 carottes, 2 courgettes, 1 poivron rouge, 1 poivron jaune, 1 oignon, 1 bouillon de légumes, fromage râpé. Émincez tous les légumes et faites-les cuire dans un bouillon pendant 15 minutes. Préchauffez votre four à 220°C pendant 10 minutes. Disposez dans un plat à gratin en alternance une couche de béchamel, une couche de plaques de lasagnes, une couche de légumes. Répétez l'opération un fois et terminez par une couche de béchamel, une couche de plaques de lasagnes nappée de sauce béchamel et parsemez de gruyère râpé. Mettez au four pendant 15 minutes à 220°C.
