Preparation: Préchauffez votre four à 180°C (thermostat 6). Retirez l'étui et le film protégeant les escargots. Sans décongélation, disposez les escargots au four en vous assurant qu'ils sont bien positionnés pour éviter que la farce ne s'écoule. Laissez cuire pendant 10 à 12 minutes. Servez dès que le beurre commence à grésiller. Ne pas mettre au four à micro-ondes.
