Du semis à la surgélation, toutes les étapes de la fabrication sont réalisées sur le sol breton. Récoltés à la main pour une meilleure sélection des brocolis arrivés à maturité, les brocolis sont ensuite rapidement surgelés pour une meilleure préservation de leurs propriétés nutritionnelles. Preparation: Sans décongélation préalable A la casserole: Versez les brocolis surgelés dans de l'eau bouillante salée. Ramenez à ébullition, puis laissez cuire à eau frémissante 6 à 10 min pour 1 kg et 5 à 7 min pour 500 g. A l'autocuiseur: Mettez 4 verres d'eau dans l'autocuiseur. Versez les brocolis surgelés dans le panier en position haute, refermez et laissez cuire à feu moyen dès sifflement de la soupape 6 à 8 min pour 1 kg et 4 à 6 min pour 500 g.
