Preparation: Sans décongélation préalable - retirez le sachet avant cuisson. Les temps de cuisson sont des moyennes et peuvent varier en fonction de vos appareils. Micro-ondes 900 W : Placez les tranches de cabillaud dans un plat adapté (non métallique). Couvrez et laissez cuire à 900 Watts pendant 3 minutes et 30 secondes environ par portion de 100g. Au four : Dans un four préchauffé à 200°C avec de la vapeur, placez les tranches dans un plat recouvert de papier cuisson, enfournez, et laissez cuire pendant 12 minutes environ. À la casserole : Plongez vos portions dans une eau frémissante, et laissez cuire pendant 13 minutes environ à partir de la reprise du frémissement. À la poêle : Dans un fond de matière grasse chaude, Faites cuire vos tranches à feu moyen pendant 8 à 10 minutes de chaque côté. Les temps de cuisson sont des moyennes et peuvent varier en fonction de vos appareils.
