Preparation: Préparation : Pour 4 personnes, 1 sachet de 125g A la casserole : 1) Portez à ébullition 400ml d'eau et 400ml de lait demi-écrémé. Retirez la casserole du feu et laissez tiédir 2 minutes. 2) Versez les flocons tout en remuant. 3) Attendez 30 secondes que les flocons aient absorbé tout le liquide. Tournez doucement, votre purée est prête. Après préparation, assaisonnez selon votre goût. Au micro-ondes : 1) Versez dans un récipient adapté à votre four à micro-ondes 400ml d'eau et 400ml de lait demi-écrémé. 2) Faîtes chauffer pendant 5 à 6 minutes à 750 Watts. 3) Versez les flocons tout en remuant. 4) Attendez 30 secondes que les flocons aient absorbé tout le liquide. Tournez doucement, votre purée est prête. Après préparation, assaisonnez selon votre goût.
Conservation conditions: Conditionné sous atmosphère protectrice. À conserver dans un endroit propre, sec et frais à l'abri de la lumière. À consommer de préférence avant fin / N° de lot : voir au-dessus de l'étui.
