Other information: Etoile de surgélation + SURGELE + 1 kg e + picto GDA L'épinard est une plante dont les feuilles vert foncé sont comestibles. La récolte des feuilles d'épinard s'effectue entre 2 et 6 mois après le semis des graines, puis elles sont rapidement surgelées pour contribuer à la préservation de leurs propriétés nutritionnelles. Avec les légumes Carrefour faites vous plaisir chaque jour ! Picto 4 portions Picto micro ondes + 3 min Picto casserole + 6-7 min

Preparation: A la casserole: Plongez les épinards surgelés dans de l'eau bouillante salée. Laissez cuire 6 à 7 min à partir de la reprise du frémissement. Egouttez. Au micro-onde 750W: Recouvrez d'eau les épinards surgelés et laissez cuire pendant 2 min. Remuez. Laissez cuire pendant 1 min.
