Other information: 450 g e *ULTRACONGELADO Las coles de Bruselas son unas yemas comestibles que se desarrollan en el tallo de la planta. La recolección de las coles de Bruselas se efectúa unos 6 meses después de la siembra. Posteriormente, se congelan rápidamente para preservar de esta manera sus propiedades organolépticas y nutritivas. Con las verduras Carrefour, ¡date un placer cada día! Tiernas 8 minutos

Preparation: À consommer après cuisson. À la casserole : Plongez les choux de Bruxelles sans décongélation préalable dans une casserole d'eau bouillante salée. À partir de la reprise du frémissement, laissez cuire pendant environ 10 min pour 225g et 11 min pour 450g. Laissez égoutter et assaisonnez selon votre goût. Au four à micro-ondes : Versez environ 225g de choux de Bruxelles sans décongélation préalable dans un plat adapté avec un peu d'eau. Couvrez et laissez cuire à 900 W pendant environ 8 minutes (pour 225g) ou 10 min (pour 450g). Remuez de temps en temps afin d'obtenir une cuisson homogène. Assaisonnez selon votre goût. Laissez reposer pendant une minute avant de servir. Adaptez le temps de cuisson en fonction de la quantité à préparer et en fonction de la puissance du four à micro-ondes.
