Preparation: Sans décongélation préalable. Passez sous l'eau les crevettes puis faites-les sauter dans une poêle chaude préalablement huilée pendant 7 à 8 minutes. Décongélation : Sortez les crevettes de leur sachet et déposez-les sur une assiette. Laissez décongeler 3 à 4 heures au réfrigérateur. Utilisez ensuite comme un produit frais. Produit cru à cuire à cœur.

Recipe idea: Gambas flambées au whisky Temps de préparation : 10 minutes. Temps de cuisson : 15 minutes. Ingrédients pour 4 personnes : 450 g de gambas 1/3 de verre de whisky 20 cl de crème fraîche une toute petite boite de concentré de tomate (ou une pincée de piment en poudre) 30 g de beurre 1 cuillère à soupe d'huile végétale 5 cl de jus de citron sel, poivre Faites revenir les gambas dans le mélange beurre + huile jusqu'à ce qu'elles prennent une belle couleur (ne pas trop les cuire, la cuisson n'est pas terminée). Flambez-les au whisky. Pendant ce temps, dans un bol, mélangez le concentré de tomate, la crème, le jus de citron, le piment, le sel et le poivre (commencez par le concentré de tomate, puis diluez avec la crème). Versez sur les gambas, laissez cuire 5 minutes à couvert. Servez accompagné d'un riz nature.
