Preparation: Décongélation : Faites décongeler le produit sous un filet d'eau froide et utilisez comme un produit frais. Produit à consommer complètement cuit.

Recipe idea: Tubes d' encornets farcis à l'armoricaine 4 personnes/ 30 minutes de préparation. Ingrédients : - 8 tubes d'encornets, -700g de jambon blanc -150g de pain de mie -20cl de lait -20cl d'huile -6 gousses d'ail -6 branches de persil -150g de purée de tomates -10cl de cognac -1 oeuf, sel, poivre -8 piques en bois. Tubes d' encornets farcis à l'armoricaine 4 personnes/ 30 minutes de préparation. Coupez en lamelle deux tubes d'encornets. Ajoutez le jambon blanc, le persil et l'ail. Mixez le tout. Humidifiez le pain de mie dans le lait et incorporez le tout dans la préparation précédente avec l'oeuf. Mélangez. Farcissez les encornets et refermez avec les piques. Dans une poêle huilée, faites-les flamber avec le cognac. Ajoutez la purée de tomates, salez et poivrez. Faites cuire à feu doux pendant 1 heure. Bon appétit !
