Preparation: Préparation sans décongélation préalable A la poêle : Disposez les filets dans une poêle préchauffée avec un peu de matière grasse et laissez cuire à feu moyen pendant 6 minutes de chaque côté. Enfournez dans un four préalablement chauffé et laissez cuire 20 minutes à 200°C. Accompagnez de ratatouille et de riz.
