Preparation: À la casserole : Versez les légumes encore surgelés dans une casserole. Mouillez avec de l'eau à mi-hauteur. Ajoutez 3 cubes de bouillon de volaille et laissez cuire à feu doux 25 à 30 minutes.
Recipe idea: Pot au feu de bœuf Temps de préparation : 20 minutes Temps de cuisson : 180 minutes Ingrédients (pour 4 personnes) : - 1 à 1,5 kg de viande de bœuf (macreuse, plat de côte, queue, paleron) - os à moelle (selon le goût) - 1 sachet de Légumes pour Pot-au-feu Carrefour - 1 bouquet garni - sel, poivre Préparation de la recette : Faites revenir la viande dans une cocotte (ou un autocuiseur) avec un peu de matière grasse. Versez d'un seul coup sur la viande 3L d'eau, ajoutez les légumes pour Pot-au-Feu Carrefour encore surgelés, le bouquet garni, salez et poivrez. Laissez cuire 3h à très petit feu (1h30 à l'autocuiseur). 30 min avant la fin de cuisson du pot au feu, ajoutez l'os à moelle. Servez chaud avec des cornichons et de la moutarde.
