Other information: 800g / * CONGELE / XXL 6-8 pièces Découvrez ces délicieuses gambas sauvages pêchées dans les eaux tropicales de l'océan Indien. Elles sont très appréciées pour leur chair croquante et goûteuse à la saveur légèrement iodée. Vous pouvez les déguster simplement grillées ou poêlées. Un délice pour les connaisseurs ! Entières crues / Recette au dos
Preparation: Laissez décongeler les crevettes hors de leur emballage au réfrigérateur pendant 6 à 8 heures puis rincez-les à l'eau fraîche. Une fois décongelées, ouvrez-les en deux moitiés dans le sens de la longueur. Placez-les sur un lèchefrite (ou un plat adapté), chair vers le haut. Versez sur la chair un filet d'huile d'olive, salez, poivrez, épicez à votre goût. Laissez-les cuire au four position "GRILL" pendant 3 à 4 minutes environ. Ne pas décongeler le produit au four à micro-onde dans son emballage.
Recipe idea: Gambas grillées Nombre de personnes : 2/3 Temps de préparation : 5 minutes après décongélation Ingrédients : - 1 boîte de crevettes sauvages Carrefour - épices - huile d'olive Laissez décongeler les crevettes au réfrigérateur, puis rincez-les à l'eau fraîche une fois décongelées. Ouvrez-les en deux moitiés dans le sens de la longueur. Placez-les sur une lèchefrite (ou un plat adapté), chair vers le haut. Versez un filet d'huile l'olive, salez, poivrez, épicez à votre goût avec une pincée de cumin ou du piment doux de Cayenne. Laissez-les cuire au four en position "GRIL" pendant 3 à 4 minutes environ.
