Other information: 500g e / surgelé Ces petites seiches sont parées et nettoyées pour être prêtes à être cuisinées. Farinées et poêlées, à la plancha ou en sauce, elles agrémentent facilement vos apéritifs, salades ou plats. Bon appétit ! Entières / Prêtes à cuisiner / Recette au dos

Preparation: Laissez décongeler les seiches 24 heures au réfrigérateur ou 15 minutes dans une passoire sous un filet d'eau froide, puis utilisez comme un produit frais. À consommer après cuisson.

Recipe idea: Seiches à la niçoise 2 personnes / Temps de préparation 30 minutes Ingrédients : 1 sachet de seiches surgelées, 1 oignon, 3 échalotes, 500 g de tomates pelées, 150 g de lardons, laurier, thym, paprika, huile, sel et poivre. Dans une cocotte, faites revenir dans l'huile l'oignon, l'échalote et les lardons. Laissez blondir. Ajoutez les seiches. Faites revenir le tout puis ajoutez les tomates, le thym, laurier et paprika. Salez et poivrez à votre goût et laissez cuire environ 20 minutes à feu doux jusqu'à réduction de la sauce. Servez chaud accompagné de riz. Bon appétit !
