Other information: 200g e (4 x 50g) Étoile surgélation + Surgelé Réalisé avec des fruits soigneusement choisis, ce coulis saura apporter une touche fruitée, acidulée et colorée à vos pâtisseries, glaces, cocktails, panna cotta ou fromages blancs. Framboises, groseilles, mûres, myrtilles décongélation microondes 1min30 4 sachets 8 parts

Preparation: Au four à micro-ondes (en position décongélation) : Sortez les sachets de leur étui carton. Placez-les au four à micro-ondes et laissez chausser le temps indiqué : 1 min 30 Au réfrigérateur : Laissez décongeler les sachets pendant 2 heures 30.

Recipe idea: Verrine de fromage blanc, spéculoos et son coulis de fruits rouges Ingrédients (6 personnes) : 6 spéculoos 1 feuille de gélatine 3 cuillères à soupe de lait 2 blancs d'œufs 200g de fromage blanc 50g de sucre 50g de mascarpone 2 sachets de coulis de fruits rouges Temps de préparation : 15 minutes Temps de cuisson : 20 minutes 1. Montez les blancs d'œufs en neige. 2. Puis plongez la feuille de gélatine dans de l'eau froide pendant 10 min. 3. Simultanément, faites chauffer le lait dans une casserole. 4. Essorez la feuille de gélatine, et faites-la fondre dans le lait chaud hors du feu. 5. Mélangez le tout et ajoutez-y le sucre. 6.
