Se compone de judías verdes planas, zanahorias, coliflor, guisantes, habas, espárragos blancos y alcachofas cuidadosamente lavados y clasificados antes de ser cortados y congelados rápidamente para preservar mejor sus propiedades nutritivas. Con las hortalizas Carrefour, ¡date un placer cada día! Preparation: Sans décongélation préalable : À la casserole : Plongez la macédoine de légumes dans une casserole d´eau bouillante salée. Ramenez a ébullition et laissez cuire pendant 6-8 minutes. Égouttez et assaisonnez à votre convenance. À l´autocuiseur : Versez 2 verres d´eau salée dans l´autocuiseur et placez la macédoine de légumes dans le panier. Fermez l'autocuiseur et laissez cuire pendant 2-3 minutes à partir de la rotation de la soupape. Assaisonnez à votre convenance.
