Preparation: Pour 1 flan de 5 parts : 1 sachet | A ajouter : 1/2 L de lait | Préparation : 5 min | Refroidissement : 2 h. Ustensiles nécessaires : - une casserole - un fouet - 5 ramequins ou un moule 1 - Dans une casserole, portez 1/2 litre de lait à ébullition. Puis, retirez la casserole du feu. 2 - Versez le contenu du sachet dans le lait bouillant et mélangez jusqu'à complète dissolution. 3 - Versez la préparation dans un moule ou 5 ramequins. 4 - Laissez refroidir. Mettez au réfrigérateur 2h minimum et servez frais.
