Preparation: Mode de cuisson : Plongez les tortellini dans un grand volume d'eau bouillante salée. Remuez délicatement jusqu'à la reprise de l'ébullition puis laissez cuire à feu doux 5 minutes. Egouttez et accommodez avec une sauce de votre choix.
