Preparation: Avant toute utilisation, décongelez les crevettes sous l'eau froide 3 min et égouttez-les. Pour obtenir une saveur plus relevée, faites décongeler les crevettes dans une marinade (huile d'olive, herbes aromatiques, épices, ail…) Cuisson : À la vapeur : Placez les crevettes dans un panier vapeur. Couvrez et laissez cuire 9 min au-dessus d'une eau frémissante. Au four préchauffé à 240°C : Disposez les crevettes côte à côte dans un plat allant au four et badigeonnez-les d'huile d'olive. Enfournez à mi-hauteur et laissez cuire le temps indiqué. Retournez à mi-cuisson. Four traditionnel : 9 min – Four à chaleur tournante 7 min. À la poêle : Faites saisir les crevettes dans un peu de matière grasse pendant 5 min à feu moyen, en couvrant. Retournez à mi-cuisson. Au gril ou au barbecue : Badigeonnez les crevettes d'huile d'olive. Faites-les cuire 5 min sur le barbecue en les retournant à mi-cuisson.
Recipe idea: Gambas au safran et a l'orange 12 gambas – 1 citron – 3 oranges – 2 gousses d'ail – 1 boîte de pulpe de tomates – sel et poivre – 1 pincée de pistils de safran – huile d'olive - Décortiquez le corps des gambas, en ne conservant que la tête et la queue. - Recueillez le jus des oranges et du citron. -Épluchez et émincez finement l'ail. - Faites chauffer un peu d'huile d'olive dans une sauteuse, ajoutez les jus, le safran et l'ail, faites réduire un peu puis ajoutez les tomates et laissez épaissir en remuant. - Salez et poivrez. - Juste avant de servir, plongez les gambas dans la sauce pendant 5 minutes et servez. Bon appétit !
