Preparation: A consommer après cuisson. A la casserole : Plongez les boudins dans une eau frémissante et laissez réchauffer 15 minutes à feu moyen. Pour plus de saveur, dorez-les avec une noisette de beurre quelques minutes à la poêle, à feu doux, en les retournant régulièrement. Au four traditionnel : réchauffez 20 minutes à four chaud (160°C). A la poêle : cuisez les boudins à feu doux, dans une poêle couverte pendant 15 minutes.
Conservation conditions: A conserver entre 0°C et +4°C. Après ouverture, à conserver au réfrigérateur et à consommer dans les 24 heures. A consommer jusqu'au N°de lot : voir sur l'emballage.
