Other information: 500g e Carrefour propose une semoule fine savoureuse très utile pour la préparation de gâteaux de semoule ou de pâtisseries orientales. Picto carte France + Fabriqué en France Fine Picto casserole 5 min
Preparation: A la casserole : Versez la semoule en pluie dans de l'eau ou du lait en ébullition (1 litre pour 100g de semoule). Laissez cuire 5 minutes en remuant régulièrement.
Recipe idea: Gâteau de semoule au chocolat Ingrédients : 1 litre de lait 150 g de semoule fine 3 œufs 150 g de sucre semoule 50 g de beurre 200 g de chocolat noir (en petits morceaux) 1 sachet de sucre vanillé 1 pincée de sel 6 personnes / Préparation 15 min / Cuisson 20 min Préparation: Versez le lait dans une casserole, ajoutez 30 g de beurre et 1 sachet de sucre vanillé, puis portez à ébullition. Versez la semoule en pluie en tournant vivement au fouet. Laissez cuire environ 10 minutes à feu doux, sans cesser de tourner, jusqu'à ce que la préparation épaississe. Ajoutez le chocolat puis ôtez du feu et laissez refroidir. Cassez les œufs, battez-les en omelette, ajoutez le sucre et le sel puis incorporez le tout à la semoule. Beurrez un moule à manqué et garnissez-le de la préparation. Faites cuire au four pendant environ 20 minutes à 180°C.
