Preparation: Sans décongélation préalable. À la poêle: Dans un mélange de beurre et d'huile, faites dorer les cœurs de merlu blanc du Cap pendant 8 à 10 minutes. Assaisonnez de poivre et de sel puis laissez dorer 4 à 5 min. Au court Bouillon: Plongez les cœurs de Merlu blanc du cap dans un court bouillon froid. Portez à ébullition et lassez frémir pendant 8 minutes environ. Au four micro-ondes:Déposez les cœurs de merlu blanc du cap dans un plat puis assaisonnez de poivre et de sel. Faites cuire 6 minutes au four micro-ondes à puissance maximale. À consommer cuit à cœur.
