Recipe idea: Idée recette : Tiramisu Ingrédients (Pour 8 personnes) : - 3 gros oeufs - 100 g de sucre roux - 250 g de mascarpone - 24 biscuits cuillers - 1/2 litre de café noir - 30 g de poudre de cacao amer Préparation : 15 min. Séparez les blancs des jaunes. Mélangez les jaunes et le sucre roux puis rajouter le mascarpone au fouet. Montez les blancs en neige et incorporez-les délicatement au mélange précédent. Tapissez le fond de 8 verres avec les biscuits cuillers préalablement trempés dans le café froid puis recouvrez-les d'une couche de crème de mascarpone. Répétez plusieurs fois l'opération en terminant par le mascarpone. Saupoudrez de cacao et faites reposer 4 heures au réfrigérateur en recouvrant vos verres.
