Preparation: Préparation :Mettez un volume de riz dans 5 volumes d'eau bouillante salée. Au retour de l'ébullition laissez cuire à couvert à feu moyen 10 minutes ou 12 minutes pour obtenir un riz plus moelleux
Recipe idea: Riz à la cantonaise Ingrédients pour 3 personnes • 250 g de riz long grain CARREFOUR • 180 g de jambon blanc • 100 g de petits pois • 2 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive • 2 cuillères à soupe de sauce soja • 1 pincée de gingembre • 3 oeufs • 1 oignon Faites cuire le riz comme indiqué dans le mode de cuisson. Dans une autre casserole, mettez une cuillère à soupe d'huile d'olive et faites dorer l'oignon coupé finement, puis ajoutez-y les petits pois et les dés de jambon. Cassez les oeufs en omelette et faites cuire dans une poêle avec le restant d'huile d'olive. Coupez l'omelette en lamelles et ajoutez-les aux petits pois. Après avoir égoutté le riz, mélangez-le aussi aux petits pois. Assaisonnez le tout avec la sauce soja et le gingembre. Servez chaud.
