Preparation: Plongez les nouilles dans l'eau bouillante pendant environ 8 minutes puis égouttez. Rincez à l'eau froide et cuisinez à votre convenance.
Recipe idea: Pad Thaï au poulet. Ingrédients pour 4 personnes : - 1 paquet de nouilles de riz - 2 escalopes de poulet coupées en fines lamelles - 100 g de crevettes déjà cuites et décortiquées - 25 g de cacahuètes concassées - 100 g de pois mange-tout - 1 gros oignon vert - 1c. à soupe de gingembre - 3 brins de coriandre ciselés - 3c. à soupe de sauce Soja - 3c. à soupe de sauce Nuoc Mam - 2c. à soupe d'huile Préparation : Dans un bol, mélangez la sauce Soja et Nuoc Mam. 1. Émincez les oignons et une partie de leur tige, pelez et hachez finement le gingembre. 2. Faites chauffer l'huile dans un wok (ou une grosse poêle), y versez le gingembre et les oignons puis mélangez. 3. Ajoutez le poulet, remuez pendant 3 minutes. 4. Faites cuire les nouilles de riz comme indiqué sur l'emballage puis ajoutez-les au wok avec les oignons, le gingembre, les pois mange-tout, le poulet et les crevettes. 5. Versez le bol de sauce, mélangez et laisser cuire 2 à 3 minutes. 6. Saupoudrez de coriandre et de cacahuètes avant de servir.
Conservation conditions: À conserver dans un endroit frais, sec et à l'abri de la lumière. Après ouverture, consommer le contenu du sachet dans sa totalité.
